基于响应面的直线导轨性能参数与矫直行程预测模型仿真

摘要 针对机床直线导轨经过热处理和矫直两个工艺过程使导轨性能参数产生一定程度的波动,进而影响矫直行程预测精度的问题,基于单淬硬层分布的直线导轨矫直行程预测理论模型,建立导轨性能参数与矫直行程之间的响应面模型,利用ANSYS仿真数据拟合导轨性能参数与矫直行程的回归方程,得到更精确的矫直行程预测模型。 Addressing the issues where the machine tool′s linear guide rail undergoes changes in material performance parameters due to two processes,namely heat treatment and straightening,which lead to certain fluctuations in guide rail performance parameters and thus affect the accuracy of the straightening stroke prediction.This paper based on the linear guide straightening stroke prediction theoretical model of a single hardened layer distribution.We established the response surface model between the guide rail performance parameters and the straightening stroke.By using ANSYS simulation data,we fit the regression equation of the guide rail performance parameters and the straightening stroke,resulting in a more precise straightening stroke prediction model.
