摘要
针对交通运输业中非现场治超现有设备精度不高、稳定性差等问题,实现了一种基于PC机采用窄条式称重传感器的车辆动态称重系统并应用于非现场治超实际工程应用中。首先介绍了基于PC的窄条式车辆动态称重系统的组成与系统专用信号降噪放大电路设计。在此基础上,设计了车辆动态称重系统软件。试验结果表明,系统满足工程实际需求,工作稳定且称重精度较好,现场验证数据集中90%以上数据可以达到≤±5%的误差范围,现已投入工程试点应用。
Addressing the challenges of low precision and poor stability inherent in existing off-site inspection equipment within the transportation industry,a PC-based vehicle dynamic weighing system using a narrow bar weighing sensor has been developed.First,we introduce the composition of the PC-based narrow-strip vehicle dynamic weighing system and elaborate on the design of the system′s dedicated signal noise reduction amplifier circuit.Building on this foundation,we designed the software for the vehicle dynamic weighing system.The software design primarily encompasses the main work process,the vehicle division algorithm,and the vehicle weight algorithm.The test results indicate that the system aligns with the actual project requirements,offers stable operation,and provides accurate weighing.More than 90%of the data collected during field verification achieved an error range of≤±5%,and the system has since been deployed in a project pilot application.
