摘要
针对某EV车型减速器振动噪声较大的问题,根据理论分析,建立了电机轴刚度模型。采用牛顿迭代法和Matlab计算分析,研究了轴承跨距对于减速器振动的影响,并得出电机轴轴承最佳安装跨距为252.2 mm。进一步结合ADAMS对比不同安装跨距,验证了在电机轴轴承最佳安装跨距下,减速器的振动和噪声得到了有效的改善,乘坐者的舒适度得到了提升。
Addressing the issue of high vibration amplitude in an EV gearbox,we established a motor shaft stiffness model based on theoretical analysis.Newton′s method and Matlab were used to calculate and analyze the influence of bearing span on reducer vibration,determining the optimal installation span for the motor shaft bearing to be 252.2mm.We then employed ADAMS to compare the different mounting spans,validating that with the optimal motor shaft bearing span,the gearbox vibration amplitude is effectively reduced,enhancing rider comfort.
