摘要
针对现阶段汽车座椅生产工艺的教学仍处于“从书本汲取知识,以实践指导生产”的模式所面临的诸多问题,将数字三维可视化技术以及虚拟现实技术应用于汽车座椅行业,在UE4引擎上建立汽车座椅生产线虚拟仿真系统。用户能够通过在场景中进行漫游及交互等操作,进而查看生产线中的运行状态,追溯每个产品的整个生产过程。该系统在可视化生产管理、汽车座椅工厂教学培训等领域的应用具有重要意义。
The proposed virtual simulation system of the automobile seat production line is aimed at improving the teaching of the production technology and addressing the shortcomings of the current mode of guiding.By using digital 3D visualization and virtual reality technology,the system offers a visual and interactive experience to users,allowing them to view the running status of the production line and trace the whole production process of each product.The system is expected to be useful in production management,as well as teaching and training in automobile seat factories.
