超级电容电芯装配线生产节拍优化设计

Cycle Time Optimization Design of a Supercapacitor Core Assembly Line

摘要 针对超级电容电芯装配线设备动作繁多、生产节拍长、平衡性差等问题,对电芯装配线的生产节拍进行研究。基于电芯装配线的工艺流程及布局,测定电芯装配线各设备动作时间,分析计算电芯装配线实际生产节拍;依据生产线评价指标,分析电芯装配线设备性能;根据企业产能要求,结合生产节拍优化方法,对电芯装配线生产节拍进行优化,确定最终设备布局及动作时序;利用Flexsim建立生产节拍模型,并利用样机试验对优化后的生产节拍进行验证分析。结果表明,优化后的生产节拍满足企业产能需求及性能指标要求。 To tackle the complex equipment movements in terms of long cycle time and poor balance in the core assembly line of super capacitors,the cycle time of the core assembly line was studied.Based on the process flow,the layout of the assembly line,and the measured action time,the actual cycle time of the core assembly line was analyzed and calculated.The performance of the equipment was also analysed based on the evaluation index of the production line.According to the demands,the cycle time of the assembly line was optimized,and the final equipment layout and action sequence were determined.The cycle time model was established by Flexsim,and the optimized cycle time was verified by the prototyping test.The results show that the optimized cycle time meets the demand of enterprise capacity and performance index requirements.
