摘要
针对商用车电控气压制动自动调压阀性能测试领域的薄弱现状,依据QC/T35-2015《汽车与挂车气压控制装置台架试验方法》等相关国标,设计测试方法,开发专用在线测试系统,实现自动调压阀静特性、响应特性、阶梯压力特性、密封性的在线测试。参照《专用检测设备评定方法指南》得到系统测量能力指数,该测试系统性能稳定,效果良好。
To improve the testing performance of automatic pressure regulating valve for commercial vehicle electronic control air brake system,a test method and the corresponding online testing system is developed according to the national standards QC/T35-2015“bench test method for pneumatic control device of automobile and trailer”.It realizes the online testing of the static characteristics,the responsive characteristics,the step pressure characteristics,and the sealing performance of automatic pressure regulating valve.Based on“the guide to the evaluation method of special testing equipment”,the measurement capability index of the developed system has been obtained.The performance of the developed testing system is stable with effective.
