摘要
结合抛光机器人在工程实训中的具体应用需求,通过离线编程软件规划机器人的运动路径,采用以太网建立上位机与机器人之间的通信以达到控制机器人运动的目的。同时研究了抛光机器人运动过程中的关键技术及参数确定方法。最后通过实训案例进一步验证了抛光机器人在工程应用中的可行性。
This paper introduces the application of polishing robots in engineering training.The trajectories of the robot are planned by offline programming software.The communication between the host computer and the robot is enabled based on Ethernet.The key technology and the determination of the corresponding moving parameters of the polishing robot are investigated.Moreover,case studies demonstrate the feasibility of using polishing robots in the engineering trainings.
