摘要 针对磁悬浮系统中转子突加载荷或由于不平衡力导致碰摩,甚至引发失稳的问题,开展刚性磁悬浮转子系统碰摩动力学建模与分析研究。首先建立四自由度的刚性磁悬浮转子碰摩系统的动力学模型,根据受力分析推导获得系统动力学方程和系统模型框图,并据此在Simulink中搭建系统仿真模型,计算在突加短时间冲击载荷时PID差动控制下转子的运动学行为。仿真结果表明:首次冲击作用力最大,载荷作用期间存在持续碰摩的现象,载荷消失后仍会发生短暂碰摩,故控制系统设计时应考虑尽可能地避免或减轻碰摩。 To solve the problem of rub-impact and even instability caused by sudden load or unbalanced force in the maglev system,dynamic modeling and analysis of the rigid maglev rotor system has been carried out.Firstly,the dynamic model of a 4-DOFs rigid maglev rotor rub-impact system is established.According to applied force,the dynamic equation and the model diagram of the system is obtained.The kinematics behavior of the rotor with sudden load under PID differential control is simulated in Simulink.The results show that:the first impact force leads to the largest loads;continuous rub-impacts occur during the loading period;and short-term rub-impacts still exist after the load disappears.Therefore,avoiding or reducing the rub-impact have to be considered when design the controling system.
