摘要
为了减轻酒店工作人员的工作强度,设计一款可远程控制酒店客房自动送餐的智能机器人。该控制系统包括上位机和下位机两部分,上位机使用Java语言在Android Studio中开发安卓APP;下位机采用STM32F103ZET6处理器作为送餐机器人的主控芯片、ESP8266作为送餐机器人的无线通信模块;该控制系统的上位机和下位机采用MQTT通信协议对接阿里云物联网平台,酒店工作人员通过安卓手机APP将控制指令先发送给阿里云物联网平台,然后该平台又将数据通过ESP8266无线模块转发给STM32单片机,从而实现了对送餐机器人远程控制的目的。该机器人可以应用到酒店,病房以及隔离区等场合。
To reduce the work intensity of hotel staff,an intelligent remotely controlled robot that enables automatical delivery of the meals to the hotel rooms is designed.An Android APP developed in Android Studio using Java scripts is used as software.A microprocessor of STM32 F103 ZET6 model is the controlling hardware for the robot.A model of ESP8266 is chosen to enable wireless communication.The upper computer and the lower computer of the control system use the MQTT communication protocol to connect to the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform.Controlling signal data from the hotel staff was firstly sent to the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform through the developed Android APP,then the platform transmits the data to the microcomputer through the ESP8266 wireless module,thus to realise the purpose of the remote controlling of a food delivery robot.The developed robot can be applied to hotels,wards,and isolation areas.
