基于CFD的外加热回转式医疗固废裂解炉设计与研究

摘要 针对医疗垃圾处理问题,设计了一种外加热回转式裂解炉。根据医疗垃圾的特性,以及医疗垃圾裂解所需的温度、裂解所需的停留时间设计了裂解炉体结构,确定了炉管的倾斜角、长径比、管厚、转速等结构参数。并应用CFD技术对裂解炉传热与物料受热情况进行了数值模拟,分析了炉膛内流场和温度场的分布以及物料整体受热情况,为同类型裂解炉的设计提供理论参考。 Aiming at the problem of medical waste disposal,a kind of external heating rotary cracking furnace is designed.According to the characteristics of the medical waste,in terms of the temperature and the required residence time,the structure of the cracking furnace was designed.Structural parameters such as inclination angle,aspect ratio,tube thickness,and the speed of furnace tube were independently determined.Based on those structural parameters,CFD was used to simulate the heat transfer and material heating inside the cracking furnace.The distribution of the flow field,the temperature gradient inside the furnace,and the heating situation of the material were analyzed.The results from this work are able to provide a theoretical guideline for designing the cracking furnace with a similar structure.
