摘要
针对医疗器械制造企业可持续供应商选择问题,考虑医疗器械生产与供应的特殊需求,构建了面向医疗器械制造企业的可持续供应商选择评价指标体系,建立了医疗器械制造企业可持续供应商选择模型。该模型采用Pythagorean模糊集(PFS)处理定量、定性两类决策信息,设计了一种基于PFS的最佳-最差权重确定方法用于描述专家模糊偏好,并结合多属性边界近似区域比较法扩展到PFS模糊环境下以确定候选供应商优劣顺序。最后以某医疗器械制造企业可持续供应商选择为例,证明所建模型与算法的有效性。
To select medical device manufacturing enterprise as a sustainable supplier,this work developed a model with evaluating criteria system for the selection by considering the special needs of medical device production and supply.The model adopts Pythagorean fuzzy sets(PFS)to solve both qualitative and quantitative decisions.A PFS-based best-worst weight determination method(BWM)has been brought up to describe the fuzzy preference of experts.The ranking of candidate suppliers can be determined by combing the multi-attributive border approximation area comparison(MABAC)with the fuzzy environment of PFS.Finally,experimental verification has been conducted.Results demonstrate that the developed model and algorism are correct and effective.
