摘要
针对电机驱动的测试需求,提出了一种可重构测控系统设计方案。该方案以STM32为底层硬件架构核心处理器,基于LabVIEW的上位机设置相应的配置参数,实现对电机驱动器的测试工作,通过上位机的配置与下位机硬件模块的调用,完成不同流程的测试工作,并可进行人机交互显示工作状态和测试结果。实验表明所提出的方案具备较好的重构能力,能够满足电机驱动器的多种测试需求,降低了企业的研发成本,提升了测试系统的通用性。
This article proposes a design scheme of a reconfigurable measuring and testing system for the motor drivers. This scheme utilizes STM32 as the core processor. The test of the motor driver is based on corresponding configuration parameters in LabView. Through calling the hardware module of the lower computer and configuration of the upper computer, various testing processes can be realized. The working status and test results can be displayed on the human-computer interactive interface which is powered by the upper computer. Experimental results prove that the scheme proposed in this paper has good reconfiguration ability, and meets the various testing requirements of motor drives, as well as reduces the R&D cost of the enterprise thus improves the versatility of the test system.
