摘要
针对弱光条件下非规则曲面上浅刻蚀字符的识别率不高,提出了一套识别方法。通过屏蔽外界光源,设计内部光源颜色、角度与强度,克服了因不理想识别条件带来的影响;采用轮廓提取、垂直投影和模板匹配的方法,设计了基于VC平台的上位机软件;分析了隔离外部光线下,不同颜色与光强的内部光源对识别效果的影响。实验证明了该方法的有效性。
Optical character recognition uses digital image processing technology for character recognition,which has outstanding advantages such as high efficiency and accuracy.In this paper,a recognition method for shallow etched characters on irregular surfaces under low light conditions is proposed.By shielding the external light source,the color,angle and intensity of the internal light source are designed to overcome the influence of unfavorable recognition conditions.Based on the method of contour extraction,vertical projection and template matching,the PC software based on the VC platform was designed.The influence of internal light source with different colors and light intensity on the recognition effect under external light was analyzed.Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
