摘要
以某专用车装配企业的精益绩效为研究对象,首先基于平衡计分卡原理提出了与专用车装配企业战略目标相关的精益维度,并分析了这些维度与精益生产所定义的7大浪费之间的关系。基于此提出了包含7个维度的定量指标以及包含4个维度的定性指标的精益评价体系。其次阐述了基于模糊数学的定性指标量化方法,并对定量指标进行集对分析,以消除不同变量量纲量级的差异造成的影响。最后以某专用车装配企业的实践案例验证了评价模型的实用性和有效性。
This paper investigates the lean performance of special-purpose vehicle assembly enterprise. Firstly,based on the principle of a balanced scorecard,the lean dimension related to the strategic goal of a special-purpose vehicle assembly industry was proposed. The relationship between these dimensions and the seven kinds of wastes defined by the lean production method was analyzed. Accordingly,a leanness assessment model with quantitative indicators of 7 dimensions and qualitative indicators of 4 dimensions is proposed. Secondly,the index quantification method based on fuzzy mathematics is expounded. It is analyzed by group eliminating of the impacts of the magnitude on the variables. Finally,the feasibility of the developed model are verified by the practical case,in terms of the special-purpose vehicle assembly enterprise.
