摘要
为研究磨削加工过程参数对齿面粗糙度的影响,开展了蜗杆砂轮磨齿加工试验研究。以砂轮转动线速度、砂轮沿齿轮轴向进给速度和砂轮单侧磨削深度为变量进行了正交试验。结果表明,在蜗杆砂轮磨齿加工过程中,单因素变量对齿面粗糙度无显著影响,磨削加工参数与齿面粗糙度是一个多因素综合影响关系。利用多元回归方法分析了齿面粗糙度与加工参数的关系,从而建立以齿面粗糙度、加工效率为优化目标的多目标优化模型,并采用多目标非支配遗传算法NSGA-II优化加工参数,研究结果表明,在降低粗糙度的同时生产效率可以提高30.19%。
To study the influence of the grinding process parameters on the gear surface roughness,an experimental study on gear grinding of a worm wheel was carried out.Orthogonal experiments were performed on the variables including the linear speed of the grinding wheel rotation,the feeding speed of the grinding wheel in the axial direction of the gear,and the grinding thickness on one side of the grinding wheel.The results show that 1)during the continuous generating grinding process,single factor variable has insignificant impact on the gear tooth surface roughness.2)The grinding process parameters and the gear tooth surface roughness are a multi-factor comprehensive influence relationship.The multiple regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the tooth surface roughness and the machining parameters,to establish a multi-objective optimization model.This optimization model adopted multi-objective non-dominated genetic algorithm,NSGA-Ⅱ.The ultimate results show that the production efficiency can be improved by 30.19%while reducing the roughness.
