连续碳纤维复合材料选择性增强的3D打印切片方法研究 被引量:2

Selective Enhancement Slicing Method for 3D Printing of Continuous Carbon Fiber Composite Material

摘要 针对碳纤维长纤复合材料选择性插入过程中的三维模型切片层选择与成型路径的规划问题,提出连续碳纤维材料和高分子材料混合打印的选择性分层插入的算法。通过在模型切片处理时对特定增强层的识别、多材料喷头的空间转换、成型路径的独立规划,实现对高分子材料成型过程的选择性增强。通过仿真证明算法能够灵活选择碳纤维长纤复合材料分层插入的层数和填充方式,同时保证纤维成型路径的连续性。3D打印实验表明,在碳纤维复合材料插入6层,体积比为36%的条件下,测试件的弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别提高了79.94%和31%。 Aiming at determining the location of the performance enhancement layer thus forming a path of a three-dimensional model in the process of selective insertion of continuous carbon fiber composites,an algorithm that is compatible with the corresponding polymer composite materials was proposed. In the polymer molding process,selective enhancement can be achieved by recognizing specific reinforcement layers,spatial transforming of the multi-materials nozzle,and independent planning of forming path during model slicing step. The simulation results show that the number of layers and filling mode of layered insertion can be flexibly configured. The continuity of the fiber-forming path is guaranteed using the developed algorithm. Practical 3 D printing results show that the flexural strength and tensile strength of the test sample are increased by 79. 94% and 31%respectively,when the sample is selectively inserted into six layers of the carbon fiber composites,while the volume ratio of the carbon fiber composites is 36%.
