摘要
针对离心式水泵启停耐久测试的需求,提出了一种基于ARM与MFC的离心式水泵启停耐久测试系统的设计方案。该方案采用STM32微处理器完成直流无刷电机控制,驱动水泵运转;基于MFC上位机设置相应参数,实现对水泵不同速度模式的启停,并且能实时监测水泵的工作状态和测试状态。实验证明所提出的方案具备较好的水泵转速控制能力,能模拟不同的水泵工况,保障了水泵的启停耐久性能。
Because of the demand for the endurance test of centrifugal water pump start-stop,this paper proposes a design scheme for a pump start-stop durability test system based on ARM and MFC.In this scheme,the STM32 microprocessor is used to control the DC pump-driving brushless motor.The MFC-based PC outputs the corresponding parameters to initiate the starting or the stopping signals with different speed modes.Whilst,the PC is able to monitor the working status and test status of the pump in real-time.Experimental verification proves that the proposed scheme has better pump speed control,and is applicable for simulating different working conditions.It can effectively guarantee the start and stop durability of the pump.
