摘要
针对铁磁性材料本身具有磁滞特性,在某些使用过程中产生剩磁的问题,通过实际案例研究,对磁悬浮转子在运行过程中剩磁影响磁悬浮转子悬浮的问题展开分析。首先说明了剩磁产生的原因,其次利用永磁铁来模拟剩磁,进行了剩磁影响磁悬浮转子悬浮的实验,并且将实验的结果和仿真进行了对比。最后研究了剩磁、磁悬浮轴承控制磁场和气隙之间的关系,得出了不同气隙条件下影响磁悬浮转子悬浮控制时剩磁与控制磁场比值的临界值。并通过修改实际案例中磁悬浮转子的结构与材料,避免了剩磁对磁悬浮转子悬浮的影响,验证了研究的正确性。
Ferromagnetic material possesses hysteretic property,causing remanence in the specific operation process.Through practical cases,this study analyzes the influence of residual magnetism on the suspension of the magnetic suspension rotor during operation.Firstly,the causes of the remanence are explained.Secondly,the remanence is simulated by the permanent magnet,and the experiment of remanence affecting the suspension of magnetic suspension rotor is carried out.The experimental results are compared with the simulation.Finally,the relationship between 1)remanent magnetic field,2)magnetic suspension bearing control magnetic field,and 3)the air gap is studied.The critical value of the ratio of the remanent magnetic field to control the magnetic field is obtained under different air gap conditions.By modifying the structure and material of magnetic suspension rotor in actual cases,the influence of residual magnetism on the suspension of magnetic suspension rotor has been kept to the minimum,the correctness of the study has been experimentally verified.
