摘要
针对某型号活塞式无油空压机进气口噪声声压级较高,外部测量噪声较大,消声器实际消声效果较差的问题,在原装消声器的基础上对进气口消声器进行结构设计改进和声学性能数值仿真。采用声学有限元(FEM)的方法对消声器的传递损失进行声学仿真研究,分别建立对应尺寸的消声器三维模型,导入Virtual.Lab Acoustics进行声学传递损失仿真,对比不同的仿真结果,得到合适的消声器结构参数。最后通过仿真和实验的方式对比两者的消声效果,结果表明改进后的消声器消声效果得到了明显提高。
For a certain type of piston type oil-free air compressor,the external noise level of the air inlet noise is relatively high,due to poor muffling quality.Based on the original muffler,structural improvement and acoustic performance numerical simulation are carried out.The acoustic finite element(FEM)method is used to simulate the transmission loss of the muffler.A three-dimensional model of the muffler is established.The acoustic transmission loss simulation is introduced into Virtual.Lab Acoustics.Simulation results are compared to obtain the appropriate muffler structural parameters.Finally,the noise elimination quality from simulation and experiment are compared.The results show that the level of noise has been significantly reduced for the structure optimized muffler.
