坐标变换下磁悬浮轴承位置检测误差的形成机理与修正

Formation and Correction of Position Detection Error of Magnetic Bearing Under Coordinate Transformation

摘要 在坐标变换下的磁悬浮轴承位移检测中,由于位移传感器的安装误差和采样误差等因素导致了位移检测误差,因此分析了坐标变换下的磁悬浮轴承位移检测误差的形成机理,并提出修正方法。建立了检测系统的Gauss-Markov模型,针对于系统中存在的病态问题,运用岭估计法与谱分解迭代法提高测量精度;基于MATLAB构建了磁悬浮轴承位移检测模型并进行仿真,验证了修正方案的有效性。 A common method for detecting the displacement of magnetic bearing is based on coordinate transformation.In practice,the displacement error is likely to occur because of artificial installation error or sampling error.In this paper,the formation of displacement detection error of the magnetic bearing under coordinate transformation is analyzed.A correction method has been brought up.To cope with the ill-conditioned problems,Gauss-Markov model for the system has been established;ridge estimation method and spectral decomposition iteration method were used to improve the measuring accuracy.Based on MATLAB,the displacement detection model of magnetic bearing has been constructed and simulated to verify the feasibility of the developed method.
