基于反馈多目标优化方法的背门轻量化设计

Liftgate Lightweight Design Based on Multi-objective Optimization

摘要 利用多目标优化方法进行背门的轻量化设计,提出优化过程中的材料成本控制方法,以及包含离散和连续变量的试验设计方法。将反馈机制应用于近似模型的构建过程,搭建了一套适应性强、拟合和预测精度高的参数优化流程。经过优化,提出了两组背门优化方案,在基本不降低力学性能、同时材料成本不大幅提高的前提下,分别实现了4.12 kg和7.64 kg的减重。 In this paper,a multi-objective optimization method has been developed to design the lightweight liftgate.DOE method containing discrete and continuous variables and material cost control methods are proposed.The feedback mechanism is applied to the construction process of the approximate model,and a set of parameters optimization processes with high adapt ability,fitting and prediction accuracy have been built.After optimization,two sets of liftgate optimal solutions are reported.The weight loss of 4.12 kg and 7.64 kg were achieved without any substantial impacts on the mechanical properties and the material costs.
