The Design of an H-bridge High-power Thyristor Trigger Circuit

摘要 针对电力机车整流中单管电流或电压不足的问题,整流柜采用了大功率晶闸管的并联或串联来解决这些问题。在进行并联均流或串联均压试验中,需要解决这些晶闸管的可控触发问题,设计一种基于Mega 2560单片机的H型桥式大功率晶闸管触发电路,该电路可以实现对全控三相桥式整流输出电压的PID控制,使整流输出根据设定值进行调节,并保证输出电压的稳定,该电路结构简单,产生的触发脉冲稳定,抗干扰能力强。 Since the insufficient current or voltage of a single tube is likely occurred in the rectification of an electric locomotive,a parallel or serial connection of high-power thyristors is adopted in a rectifier cabinet to cope with this problem.In the case of parallel-current-equalizing or serial-equalization test pressures,the controllable triggering of these thyristors has yet to be solved.This paper introduces an H-bridge high-power thyristor triggering circuit which is based on Mega 2560 microcontroller.This developed circuit can achieve full-control three-phase bridge rectifier PID output voltage,to give out stable and accurate rectified output voltage.Advantages of the developed circuit structure includes simple structure,stable generated trigger pulse,and strong anti-interference ability.
