Intelligent Factory and Case Analysis Based on Digital Twin Concept

摘要 在"中国制造2025"大战略背景下,结合和使用新一代信息技术和人工智能技术,实现物理世界和信息世界互联互通与融合是智能制造得以实现的核心问题之一。针对这一问题,基于数字孪生理念,阐述了数字孪生与现代工厂的融合方法,整合了数字孪生与工厂融合后系统组成和它所具备的特点。结合实际的案例分析,为数字孪生理念的实践提供了借鉴。 Under the strategic background of"Made in China 2025",combining the new generation of information technology and artificial intelligence technology to realize the interconnection and integration of the physical world and the information world is a major problem.In this paper,based on the concept of digital twin,the method of the integration of digital twin and modern factories is elaborated.The system composition and the corresponding characteristics of the factory that is integrated with digital twin are also discussed.Combined with the practical case study,the paper provides a reference for the practice of the digital twin concept.
