摘要
针对国内某铸造厂铁液在包内降温过快的问题,通过减轻包衬材料的重量来减少包衬的蓄热,从而减缓铁液温降。通过测量出炉后各个时刻的铁液温度,对比研究了包衬轻量化对铁液温降的影响。结果表明,1 t的铁液包减重200 kg后,铁液温降减少了约40℃。
Aiming at the problem that the molten iron in a foundry plant in China cooled too fast in the ladle,the heat storage of ladle lining was reduced by reducing the weight of the ladle lining materials,so as to slow down the temperature drop of molten iron.By measuring the temperature of molten iron at each time after the furnace,the influence of the light weight of the lining on the temperature drop of molten iron was studied.The results show that the temperature drop of molten iron decreases by about 40℃when the weight of molten iron is reduced by 200 kg for 1 t molten iron ladle.
