摘要
对比研究了增材制造Al Si10Mg合金与传统铸造ZL104合金的化学成分、组织与力学性能,研究了退火温度、退火时间对增材制造Al Si10Mg合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,当对增材制造Al Si10Mg合金进行T1(180℃×12 h,空冷)和T2(230~250℃×2 h,空冷)处理时,力学性能满足Rm≥380 MPa,A≥8%的要求。
The chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of additive manufactured Al Si10 Mg alloy and traditional casting ZL104 alloy were compared and studied.The effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on microstructure and mechanical properties of additive manufactured Al Si10 Mg alloy were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of additive manufacturing Al Si10 Mg alloy can meet the requirements of Rm≥380 MPa and A≥8%at T1(180℃×12 h,air cooling)and T2(230~250℃×2 h,air cooling).
