工程类硕士专业学位研究生培养模式探索——以河南工业大学食品工程专业为例 被引量:4

EXPLORING THE CULTIVATION MODE OF PROFESSIONAL MASTER IN ENGINEERING: A CASE STUDY OF FOOD ENGINEERING IN HAUT

摘要 分析了工程类硕士专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,建议遵循"以理论知识为基础,实践实训为媒介,理论与实践有机结合"的培养方针,突出工程类硕士专业学位研究生工程能力的培养,构建"三重一心"的人才培养模式;课程体系设置以专业人才需求为导向,坚持校内校外实训相结合,导师和行业专家指导相结合;应强调专业基础、工程技术能力和职业发展潜力的综合培养;建立导师负责、指导小组把关、外审专家评定等级、答辩小组确定成绩的多元化论文质量保障体系,对培养质量实施全程监控。 Based on the existing problems in cultivating professional master in engineering,a principle of theory and practice integration has been evolved in the case study of professional master training in food engineering in Henan University of Technology(HAUT).To cultivate application-oriented talents,the ability of engineering and practice is highlighted,thus constructing the cultivation mode of"three emphases and one center".Curriculum is oriented to the demand of food engineering talents,with an emphasis on comprehensive quality training including fundamental knowledge,engineering and technological ability,and career development potential in food engineering.Practical training platform combines with research in laboratory and engineering center on campus,practice in factory,and guidance from both the teachers and the industry experts.A multi-dimensional quality guarantee system is established with the efforts from thesis advisor,guidance team,external reviewers,and thesis defense panels.The whole process monitoring is used to assess the training effect,striving to equip the professional master students with the knowledge structure and comprehensive competence in food engineering to the utmost.Effect of this cultivation mode within the curriculum system has been successful.
