人工智能对社会就业岗位的影响研究

RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON SOCIAL EMPLOYMENT

近年来,人工智能迅速发展,逐渐融入公民生活的各个方面,在为社会带来便利的同时,也对社会就业造成一定冲击。社会与个人在面对冲击时不能自我克服困难,则引发就业岗位与人力资源不匹配危机,危及社会安定。通过分析文献数据,从制造业、服务业、农业三方面,分析了人工智能对社会就业岗位的影响。人工智能的发展对社会就业具有长远积极效应,暂时性失业不能阻挡人工智能的推广。政府和劳动者均需正确应对人工智能带来的社会就业问题,政府应从政策制定、政策落实、技能培训、观念转变等方面积极应对,以降低人工智能对就业岗位的冲击,维护社会稳定。

Artificial intelligence has developed rapidly in recent years,gradually becoming parts of life.It brings convenience to daily life,yet making certain impacts on social employment.In the face of such impacts,society and individuals may be unable to overcome by themselves,which causes prominent social employment problems and even social instability.Based on the analysis of literature and data,the impact of artificial intelligence on social employment are shown from three aspects,i.e.manufacturing,service and agriculture,in order to meet the challenge brought about by the scientific and technological revolution.In fact,the development of artificial intelligence has a positive effect on social employment in the long run.Temporary unemployment cannot be the barrier to the further promotion of artificial intelligence.The government and individual workers should respond to the employment problems in the right mindset,and actively adapt to the new situation,so as to reduce the negative effect on social employment and promote social stability.
