摘要
针对马钢小H型钢线生产矿用36U型钢时产生尺寸超差、扭转、凸台和拉丝等缺陷问题,分析其主要原因是孔型设计不合理。通过对孔型系统、导卫安装、轧制规程进行优化,实现了矿用36U型钢的稳定生产,提高了生产效率。
In view of the problems of oversize,torsion,bosses and wire drawing of 36 U section steel for mining produced in small H-beam line of Masteel,the main cause was analyzed,which was using unreasonable pass system.By optimizing the pass system,guide and guard installation and rolling schemes,stable production of 36 U section steel for mining had been achieved and production efficiency had been improved.
