摘要
取向硅钢的卷取质量直接影响到钢卷在后工序流转过程中成材率等重要指标,针对某取向硅钢机组卷取塔形缺陷,分析了卷取塔形缺陷产生的主要影响因素,通过优化氧化镁涂层及干燥工艺,改善了带钢表面氧化镁状态及厚度均匀性,通过优化卷取张力参数、保证套筒尺寸精度及提高带头卷取质量等措施,保证了钢卷层与层之间的间隙,避免了层与层之间的错动,消除了卷取塔形缺陷,提高了带钢的卷取质量,使取向硅钢冷轧工序成材率进一步提高。
The coiling quality of grain oriented silicon steel strip directly affects the yield index ect.in the subsequent process.For the coiling telescope defect of a grain oriented silicon steel units,the main influencing factors of this defect were analyzed.By optimizing the magnesium oxide coating and drying process,the magnesium oxide state and thickness uniformity on the surface of the strip were improved.Meanwhile,by optimizing the coiling tension parameters,ensuring the accuracy of the sleeve size and improving the quality of the strip head coiling,the gap between layers of coil was guaranteed,the misalignment between the layers was avoided,and the coiling telescope defect was eliminated.Therefore,the coiling quality of the strip was improved,and the yield of the grain oriented silicon in cold process was further increased.
