摘要
通过对Q420qNHE耐候钢化学成分设计,确定合理的加热温度,以及对轧制工艺优化(采用非再结晶区控制轧制+细化晶粒控制轧制),获得了低碳贝氏体组织,有效地提高了钢板的综合力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,保证了80 mm厚及以下规格耐大气腐蚀用钢板Q420qNHE的各项性能均满足技术要求。
Through designing chemical composition of Q420 qNHE atmospheric corrosion resisting steel,determining the reasonable heating temperature and optimizing the rolling process(the non-recrystallization zone and grain refinement controlled rolling),the low carbon bainite stucture was obtained,which effectively improved the comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of this steel plate.The whole properties were guaranted to meet the technical requirements of the 80 mm or smaller thichness plate.
