520 MPa级耐磨带钢的研究与开发

Research and development of 520 MPa grade wear-resistant steel strip

摘要 结合包钢现有热轧板带生产实际,利用计算机软件JMatPro结合试验研究,设计开发了520 MPa级BT520JJ耐磨钢带钢化学成分和工艺路线。研究表明,采用Mn-Ti-Cu微合金化及合理的轧制工艺,带钢横向屈服强度可达410~439 MPa、抗拉强度可达538.0~546.6 MPa、伸长率可达32.1%~33.6%;纵向屈服强度可达409.0~423.6 MPa,抗拉强度可达533~547 MPa、伸长率可达33.5%,均满足标准要求。 Based on the actual situation of the hot rolled plate production process of Baotou Steel,the chemical composition and process route were designed by computer software JMatPro combined with the experimental research to develop 520 MPa grade BT520 JJ wear resistant steel strip.The research show that by using Mn-Ti-Cu micro-alloying and reasonable process,the strip transverse yield strength is 410-439 MPa,the tensile strength is 538-546.6 MPa and the elongation rate is 32.1%-33.6%.Meanwhile,the plate longitudinal yield strength is 409-423.6 MPa,the tensile strength is 533-547 MPa,and the elongation rate is 33.5%,which all meet the standard requirements.
