摘要
高强耐候钢化学成分中的Cu、Cr和Ni可有效促进含α-FeOOH稳定化锈层的形成,使钢的耐大气腐蚀性能得以提高。通过试验,Cu质量分数由0.35%降至0.22%,Cr质量分数由0.60%降至0.40%,Ni质量分数由0.25%降至0.13%时,钢的相对腐蚀速率由48.23%降至48.94%,腐蚀速率基本不变,均满足55%相对腐蚀率的要求,表明Cu、Cr和Ni含量在一定范围内波动不会对高强耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能产生明显影响,耐腐蚀性能稳定。
In the composition design of high strength weathering resistance steel,Cu,Cr and Ni can effectively promote the formation of stable rust layer containingα-FeOOH and greatly improve the atmospheric corrosion resistance of steel.By adjusting the mass fraction of Cu from 0.35%to 0.22%,the mass fraction of Cr from 0.60%to 0.40%,and the mass fraction of Ni from 0.25%to 0.13%,the relative corrosion rate of steel was decreased from 48.23%to 48.94%,corrosion rate was basically unchanged,and all met the requirements of 55%relative corrosion rate.The results show that the fluctuation of the content of Cu,Cr and Ni in a certain range will not affect the corrosion resistance of high strength weathering resistance steel.It has obvious stable corrosion resistance.
