摘要
MMP-2、9是基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)中的明胶酶,与胃癌细胞侵袭、转移密切相关。MMP-2、9的激活可以形成Ⅳ型胶原酶,降解细胞外基质,破坏完整的基底膜,导致胃癌细胞浸润周围组织,侵入血管和淋巴管,向远处转移。全文探讨了MMP-2、9与胃癌发生发展、预后的关系及中药复方对MMP-2、9的调控。
MMP-2 and MMP-9 belong to the gelatinases in matrix metalloproteinases,which are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells.After activation,MMP2 and MMP-9 can develop into type IV collagenase,and the collagenase can degrade extracellular matrix and destroy the complete basement membrane,which causes gastric cancer cells to infiltrate the surrounding tissue and invade blood vessels and lymphatic vessels,and results into distant metastasis.The relationship of MMP-2 and MMP-9 with the occurrence,development and prognosis of gastric cancer was explored and the regulation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were discussed in this paper.
