大株红景天注射液联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者炎性蛋白及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Rhodiola Wallichiana Injection Combined with Atorvastatin on Inflammatory Proteins and Hemorheology in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨大株红景天注射液与阿托伐他汀联合治疗对冠心病患者血液流变学等指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月—2018年2月我院收治的98例冠心病患者的临床资料,依据药物治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀(20 mg/d,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予大株红景天注射液(10 mL,qd)治疗。比较两组炎性蛋白、血液流变学指标与心功能指标。结果:治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、低切血浆黏度、高切血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率与全血黏度、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)值均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经大株红景天注射液与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病,可有效控制患者的炎性蛋白水平,调节血液流变学指标,改善心功能指标,促进疾病转归。

Objective:To explore the effect of rhodiola wallichiana injection combined with atorvastatin on hemorheology and other indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different drug treatment schemes,49 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin(20 mg/d,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with rhodiola wallichiana injection(10 mL,qd)based on the treatment in the control group.The inflammatory proteins,hemorheology and cardiac functions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),low-shear plasma viscosity,high-shear plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and whole blood viscosity,and the value of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the value of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhodiola wallichiana injection combined with atorvastatin can effectively control the levels of inflammatory proteins,regulate blood rheology indexes,improve cardiac function indexes and promote disease outcomes in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
