益生菌对血液肿瘤化疗儿童腹泻发生率及肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平的影响探究

Investigation on Effect of Probiotics on Incidence of Diarrhea and Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Function Index Levels in Children Undergoing Chemotherapy for Hematological Tumor

目的:探究益生菌对血液肿瘤化疗儿童腹泻发生率及肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平的影响。方法:选取我院2017年9月—2018年8月血液肿瘤科收治的血液肿瘤患儿86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患儿采用常规支持治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上采用益生菌类制剂治疗,比较两组化疗过程中腹泻发生率、治疗前后二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)和D-乳酸水平以及肠道菌群数值的差异。结果:观察组腹泻发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.94,P=0.01);治疗后,观察组DAO、ET、D-乳酸水平低于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌能有效降低血液肿瘤化疗儿童的腹泻发生率,增强患儿肠黏膜屏障功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of probiotics on the incidence of diarrhea and the levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes in children undergoing chemotherapy for hematological tumor.Methods:86 patients with hematological tumors treated in our hospital from September 2017 from August 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,43 cases each.The children in the control group were given conventional supportive treatment.On this basis,the children in the observation group were treated with probiotics preparations.The incidence of diarrhea,the levels of diamine oxidase(DAO),endothelin(ET)and D-lactic acid and the differences in intestinal flora values were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.94,P=0.01).After treatment,the levels of DAO,ET and D-lactic acid in the observation group were lower those in the control group,and the values of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterobacter and Enterococcus were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics can effectively reduce the incidence of diarrhea in the children undergoing chemotherapy for hematological tumors and enhance the intestinal mucosal barrier function of the children,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
