酒石酸美托洛尔联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol Tartrate Combined with Flunarizine on Migraine

目的:观察酒石酸美托洛尔联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:选取本院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的偏头痛患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪(5 mg,qd)治疗,观察组给予酒石酸美托洛尔(25 mg,bid)联合氟桂利嗪治疗。比较两组药物起效时间、头痛发作频率、头痛持续时间,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颅内动脉血流情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组药物起效时间、头痛发作频率、头痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2个月观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组大脑中动脉(MCA)、椎动脉颅内段(VA)、基底动脉(BA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)平均血流速度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:酒石酸美托洛尔联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛、减慢颅内动脉血流速度,且安全性好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of metoprolol tartrate combined with flunarizine on migraine.Methods:86 patients with migraine admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine(5 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with metoprolol tartrate(25 mg,bid)combined with flunarizine.The time of onset,the frequency of headache onset,the duration of headache,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,intracranial arterial blood flow and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the onset time,the frequency of headaches onset and the duration of headache in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocities in the middle cerebral artery(MCA),the intracranial segment of vertebral artery(VA),basal artery(BA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA)and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol tartrate combined with flunarizine has a significant therapeutic effect on migraine,which can effectively alleviate pain and slow down intracranial arterial blood flow,and is safe.
