激素替代疗法对146例更年期综合征患者性激素及血清内分泌素、β-内啡肽水平的影响分析

Analysis on Effect of Hormone Replacement Therapy on Levels of Sex Hormones, Serum Endocrin and β-endorphin in 146 Patients with Menopausal Syndromes

目的:分析激素替代疗法对更年期综合征患者性激素及血清内分泌素、β-内啡肽水平的影响。方法:选择2016年6月—2018年6月我院妇科收治的146例更年期综合征患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各73例。对照组给予谷维素片治疗,研究组以激素替代疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况、性激素[孕激素(P)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)]、血清内分泌素[5-羟色胺(5-HT)]、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平及子宫内膜厚度。结果:治疗后,两组潮热出汗、易激动、骨关节肌肉痛、失眠、抑郁5个症状评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组P、E2、5-HT、β-EP水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,LH、FSH水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,且研究组厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激素替代疗法可有效调节更年期综合征患者性激素、血清内分泌素、β-内啡肽水平,改善患者临床症状。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hormone replacement therapy on the levels of sex hormones,serum endocrin andβ-endorphin in patients with menopausal syndromes.Methods:146 patients with menopausal syndromes admitted to the Gynecology Department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,73 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with oryzanol tablets,and the patients in the study group were treated with hormone replacement therapy.The improvement of symptoms,the levels of sex hormones[progestin(P),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],serum endocrine hormone[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)]andβ-endorphin(β-EP)and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of five symptoms:hot flashes,sweating,irritability,musculoskeletal pain,insomnia and depression after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of P,E2,5-HT andβ-EP after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of LH and FSH after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The endometria thickness after treatment increased compared with that before treatment in the two groups,and the endometria in the study group were thicker than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormones,serum endocrin andβ-endorphin in the patients with menopausal syndromes and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
