老年人冠心病心律失常采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的效果

Effect of Wenxin Granules Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年人冠心病心律失常的效果。方法:选取我院2016年10月—2018年1月收治的老年冠心病心律失常患者78例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各39例,对照组给予美托洛尔(12.5 mg至25 mg,bid)治疗,试验组给予稳心颗粒(5 g,tid)联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后试验组室性、房性、交界性前期收缩情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组24小时动态心电图监测结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解病情发展,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of wenxin granules combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,39 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol(12.5 mg to 25 mg,bid),and the patients in the experimental group were treated with wenxin granules(5 g,tid)combined with metoprolol.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,ventricular,atrial and junctional prophase contractions in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-h Holter monitoring results in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenxin granules combined with metoprolol have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of arrhythmia in the patients with coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and alleviate the development of the disease,and are worthy of clinical popularization and application.
