小牛血清蛋白联合依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及对患者相关血清指标的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Calf Serum Protein Combined with Edaravone on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and Its Effect on Related Serum Indexes

目的:探究小牛血清蛋白联合依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血(hypertensive cerebral hemo,HCH)的疗效及对患者相关血清指标的影响。方法:选取2014年10月—2018年1月我院收治的HCH患者114例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组给予依达拉奉注射液(30 mL,bid)治疗,观察组给予小牛血清蛋白注射液(20 mL,qd)联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后相关血清指标、神经功能指标、日常生活能力(ADL)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-1β、高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB)-1、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NES)、S100钙结合蛋白(S100)-β、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小牛血清蛋白联合依达拉奉治疗HCH的疗效确切,能有效促进患者的神经功能恢复,抑制机体炎症反应,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of calf serum protein combined with edaravone on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH)and its effect on related serum indexes.Methods:114 patients with HCH admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,57 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection(30 mL,bid),and the patients in the observation group were treated with bovine serum albumin injection(20 mL,qd)combined with edaravone.The clinical efficacy,related indexes,neurological function indexes,abilities of daily living(ADL)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,high mobility group protein(HMGB)-1,macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP)-9,neuron specific enolase(NES)and S100 calcium binding protein(S100)-βand the NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calf serum protein combined with edaravone has a definite therapeutic effect on HCH,which can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function,inhibit in?ammatory response and improve the quality of life of the patients.
