欣母沛在高危妊娠产后出血患者治疗中的临床应用价值探究

Study on Clinical Application Value of Hemabate in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Patients with High-risk Pregnancy

目的:研究分析欣母沛应用于有出血高危因素的产妇的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2018年6月我院收治的高危妊娠产后出血产妇128例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各64例。对照组患者于胎儿娩出后胎盘娩出前使用缩宫素注射液(20 U)治疗;观察组患者于胎儿娩出后胎盘娩出前子宫肌层注射缩宫素(20 U)+欣母沛(250μg)。比较两组临床治疗效果,术后2 h以及术后24 h的平均出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2 h及术后24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:欣母沛用于高危妊娠患者产后出血治疗的效果显著,可减少患者的术中出血量,且安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of hemabate on women with high risk factors for bleeding.Methods:128 women with postpartum hemorrhage due to high-risk pregnancy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,64 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin injection(20 U)before the delivery of the placentas after the delivery of the fetuses,and the patients in the observation group were treated with oxytocin(20 U)and hemabate(250μg)by intramuscular injection before the delivery of the placentas after the delivery of the fetuses.The clinical effect,the average amount of bleeding at 2 h after operation and 24 h after operation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 h after operation and 24 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate has a significant therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage in the patients with high-risk pregnancy,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and is safe.
