米托蒽醌联合糖皮质激素治疗多发性硬化的疗效及对血清学指标的影响

Efficacy of Mitoxantrone Combined with Glucocorticoids in the Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and Its Effect on Serological Indexes

目的:研究米托蒽醌联合糖皮质激素治疗多发性硬化的疗效及对患者血清学指标的影响。方法:抽取2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的113例多发性硬化患者作为研究对象,以给药方案不同分成米托组(n=58)和激素组(n=55)。米托组采用米托蒽醌(12 mg,qd)联合糖皮质激素治疗,激素组采用糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清学指标变化、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,米托组扩展功能障碍状态量表(EDSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分低于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后米托组白细胞介素(IL)-23、IL-17水平低于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);米托组复发率及不良反应发生率低于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米托蒽醌联合糖皮质激素治疗多发性硬化的疗效明显,能帮助患者恢复神经功能,调节血清免疫因子水平,减少复发率以及不良反应发生率。

Objective:To study the efficacy of mitoxantrone combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and its effect on serological indexes.Methods:113 patients with multiple sclerosis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled as subjects investigated,and they were divided into a mitoxantrone group(n=58)and a hormone group(n=55).The patients in the mitoxantrone group were treated with mitoxantrone(12 mg,qd)combined with glucocorticoids,and the patients in the hormone group were treated with glucocorticoids.The changes in serological indexes before and after treatment,recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the EDSS and ADL scores in the mitoxantrone group were lower than those in the hormone group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-23 and IL-17 in the mitoxantrone group were lower than those in the hormone group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the mitoxantrone group were lower than those in the hormone group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mitoxantrone combined with glucocorticoids is effective in the treatment of multiple sclerosis,which can help patients restore neurological function,regulate serum immune factor level and reduce recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions.
