培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Peitu Xiaozheng Prescription in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts by DC Drug Iontophoresis

目的:观察培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2015年3月—2016年12月收治的112例卵巢囊肿非手术患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,各56例。观察组采用培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗,对照组给予桂枝茯苓丸(0.93 g,tid)治疗。比较两组卵巢囊肿直径、性激素分泌及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组卵巢囊肿直径、体积、血清雌二醇(E2)均小于对照组,血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培土消癥方直流电药物离子导入治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效显著,能够缩小卵巢囊肿体积,调节性激素分泌,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of petu xiaozheng prescription in the treatment of ovarian cysts by DC drug iontophoresis.Methods:112 patients with non-surgical ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,56 cases each.The patients in the observation group were treated with petu xiaozheng prescription by DC drug iontophoresis,and the patients in the control group were treated with guizhi fuling pills(0.93 g,tid).The ovarian cyst diameter,sex hormone secretion and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the ovarian cyst diameter and volume,and serum estradiol(E2)in the observation group were smaller,and lower than those in the control group,and the serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peitu xiaozheng prescription given by DC drug iontophoresis is effective in the treatment of ovarian cysts,which can reduce the volume of ovarian cysts and regulate the secretion of sex hormones,and has high safety.
