瑞舒伐他汀联合双联抗血小板治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及对相关血清指标的影响

Efficacy of Rosuvastatin Combined with Dual Antiplatelet Therapy in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris and Its Effect on Related Serum Indexes

目的:研究瑞舒伐他汀联合双联抗血小板治疗不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)的疗效及对相关血清指标的影响。方法:收集2016年12月—2018年4月我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者104例,按随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,各52例。对照组给予双联抗血小板药物治疗,在此基础上,研究组加用瑞舒伐他汀钙片(10 mg,qd)治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后相关血清指标、斑块稳定性指标水平。结果:研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组斑块稳定性指标可溶性CD40(sCD40)、可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)、五聚素3(PTX3)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组相关血清指标基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9、白细胞介素(IL)-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合双联抗血小板治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效确切,可缓解冠脉的血管炎性反应,提升患者的斑块稳定性,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To study the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with dual antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and its effect on related serum indexes.Methods:104 patients with unstable angina admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled and divided into a study group and a control group according to random number a table,52 cases each.The patients in the control group received dual antiplatelet therapy.On this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets(10 mg,qd).The clinical efficacy and the levels of related serum indexes and plaque stability indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plaque stability indexes such as soluble CD40(sCD40),soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40 L),pentameric 3(PTX3)and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of related serum indexes such as matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2,MMP-9,interleukin(IL)-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin combined with double antiplatelet therapy is effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,which can alleviate the vasculitic reaction of coronary artery and improve the stability of plaque in the patients,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
