醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效及对相关血清指标的影响

Efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Edaravone on Cerebral Ischemic Stroke and Its Effect on Related Serum Indexes

目的:探究醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)的疗效及对患者相关血清指标的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年7月我院收治的CIS患者96例,按入院治疗顺序分为研究组及对照组,各48例。对照组在基础治疗上予以依达拉奉注射液(30 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉注射,bid)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液(2 mL用0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL稀释后静脉滴注,qd)治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后生活质量、神经功能、凝血功能指标以及相关血清指标水平。结果:研究组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组相关血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)低于对照组,转化生长因子(TGF)-β1、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-1高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组凝血指标凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)高于对照组,D-二聚体(D-D)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组日常生活能力指数(BI)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗CIS的疗效确切,可有效改善患者神经功能及凝血功能,并抑制机体细胞因子水平,且预后良好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)and its effect on related serum indexes.Methods:96 patients with CIS admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,48 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection(30 mg+0.9%sodium chloride injection,intravenous injection,bid)on the basic treatment,and the patients in the study group were given xingnaojing injection(2 mL injection was diluted with 0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 mL,intravenous drip,qd)treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,neurological function and the levels of coagulation function indexes and related serum indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 and insulin-like growth factor(IGF)-1 were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The coagulation index prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of D-dimer(DD)was lower than that in the control group,andthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of daily life ability index(BI)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of CIS,which can effectively improve the neurological function and coagulation function of the patients and inhibit the levels of cytokines,and the prognosis is good.
