Promoting Effect of Pharmacy Review on Clinical Rational Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Injection

目的:规范质子泵抑制剂的临床合理应用。方法:选择我院2018年3—8月注射用质子泵抑制剂处方共1675张,进行药学点评。结果:通过点评结果的及时反馈,注射用质子泵抑制剂的处方数量及不合理率呈逐月下降的趋势。结论:通过药学点评,促进临床合理应用质子泵抑制剂,临床药师的作用得到了很好的体现。

Objective:To standardize the rational use of proton pump inhibitors.Method:1675 prescriptions of proton pump inhibitors for injection from March to August 2018 in our hospital were selected for pharmacy review.Results:Through the timely feedback of the review results,the prescription quantity and unreasonable rate of proton pump inhibitors for injection showed a trend of decreasing month by month.Conclusion:Through the pharmacy review,the clinical rational use of proton pump inhibitors was promoted,and the role of clinical pharmacists has been well re?ected.
