摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对中重度哮喘患儿血气指标及肺功能的影响。方法:选取2016年3月—2018年12月我院收治的中重度哮喘患儿共106例,依照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各53例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后血气指标[血氧分压(partial arterial oxygen pressure,PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO2)]、肺功能指标[第1s用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in first second,FEV1)、第1s最大呼气量占用力肺活量比值(forced expiratory volume in first second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC)、FEV1与最大呼气峰流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)]水平。结果:治疗后,观察组PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗中重度哮喘患儿的临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿的血气状况,提高肺功能。
Objective:To investigate the effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on blood gas indexes and lung functions in children with moderate to severe asthma.Methods:A total of 106 children with moderate to severe asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,53 cases each.The children in the control group were treated with budesonide,and the children in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The levels of blood gas indexes[partial arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]and lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in first second,(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),FEV1 and peak expiratory flow(PEF)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1/FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is significantly effective in the treatment of moderate to severe asthma in children,which can effectively improve the blood gas status of the children and improve their lung functions.
