鼠神经生长因子联合运动康复训练对脑瘫患儿的疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Children with Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的:探析鼠神经生长因子联合运动康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法:纳入2014年1月—2017年12月我院收治的152例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各76例。对照组采用运动康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组临床疗效及血乳酸水平,评估两组治疗前后运动功能、平衡功能、智能发育及语言迟缓程度。结果:治疗后,两组血乳酸水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能评分(GMFM)-88评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、盖泽尔发育诊断量表(GDDS)评分及S-S语言发育迟缓检查(S-S)法评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子联合运动康复训练有利于提高脑瘫患儿的运动、平衡功能,改善患儿的发育及语言迟缓症状。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor combined with exercise rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy. Methods:152 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were enrolled as subjects investigated, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods, 76 cases each. The children in the control group were treated by exercise rehabilitation training, while the children in the observation group were treated with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy and blood lactic acid level were compared between the two groups. The motor function, balance function, intelligent development and language retardation were evaluated before and after treatment. Results:The blood lactic acid level after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the two groups, and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The gross motor function score(GMFM)-88 score, Berg balance scale(BBS) score, Gesell development diagnostic scale(GDDS) score and S-S language retardation test(S-S) score after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the children with cerebral palsy in the two groups, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mouse nerve growth factor combined with exercise rehabilitation training is beneficial to the improvement of the movement and balance functions of the children with cerebral palsy and the improvement of the development and language delay symptoms of the children.
