玉屏风颗粒联合激素治疗PNS患儿效果及对Foxp3^+Treg细胞、Th1/Th2漂移的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Yupingfeng Granules Combined with Hormones on Children with PNS and Effect on Foxp3^+Treg Cells and Th1/Th2 Drift

目的:探究玉屏风颗粒联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿的效果及对Foxp3+Treg细胞、Th1/Th2漂移的影响。方法:将我院收治的92例PNS患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组,各46例,对照组应用糖皮质激素治疗,联合组应用玉屏风颗粒(5 g,tid)联合糖皮质激素治疗,观察两组疗效、免疫功能指标、Th1/Th2细胞因子及感染情况差异。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组T淋巴亚群指标(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)及Foxp3^+Treg细胞水平均较治疗前升高,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素(IL)-2、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1及IL-6水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组IL-10水平高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合激素治疗PNS的疗效显著,有利于改善患儿的免疫功能,调节Th1/Th2细胞平衡。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of yupingfeng granules combined with hormones on children with primary nephrotic syndromes(PNS)and effect on Foxp3+Treg cells and Th1/Th2 drift.Methods:92 children with PNS admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a combined group,46 cases each.The children in the control group were treated with glucocorticoids,and the children in the combined group were treated with yupingfeng granules(5 g,tid)combined with glucocorticoids.The differences in efficacy,immune function,Th1/Th2 cytokines and infection were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of T lymphoid subgroups(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+)and Foxp3^+Treg cells after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-2,transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 and IL-6 after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-10 in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of infection was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with hormones are significantly effective in the treatment of PNS,which are beneficial to the improvement of the immune function of the children and the regulation of Th1/Th2 cell balance.
