摘要
石菖蒲为天南星科多年生草本植物石菖蒲的干燥根茎,有调节中枢神经递质代谢、保护神经元、抑制神经细胞凋亡以及调控神经细胞基因表达等功效。近期研究表明,石菖蒲对癫痫、缺血性脑损伤、阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病等多种神经退行性疾病具有保护作用。本文就石菖蒲与退行性疾病的研究进展进行综述。
Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii is the dry rhizome of perennial herb Acorus tatarinowii,which has the functions of regulating central neurotransmitter metabolism,protecting neurons,inhibiting neuronal apoptosis and regulating nerve cell gene expression.Recent researches have shown that Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii has protective effects on various neurodegenerative diseases such as epilepsy,ischemic brain injury,Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.This article reviews the research advances in researches on Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and degenerative diseases.
