Review on Literature About Adverse Drug Reactions of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection

目的:分析丹参注射液不良反应的相关因素。方法:回顾性研究1977年1月—2017年12月国内关于丹参注射液的不良反应的51篇文献。结果:丹参注射液ADR涉及全身多个系统以及器官,以皮肤及其附件最多见,多发于30 min内;男性发生率高于女性,多发生于中老年患者。结论:丹参注射液临床使用要结合中医理论辨证论治,谨慎使用。

Objective:To analyze the related factors of adverse reactions of danshen injection.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 51 domestic references about adverse drug reactions of radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection from January 1977 to December 2017.Results:The adverse drug reactions of radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection involve multiple systems and organs throughout the body,and skin and its accessories are common.The adverse drug reactions occur frequently within 30 minutes.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in males is higher than that in females,mostly in middle-aged and elderly patients.Conclusion:The clinical use of radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection should be combined with the theoretical differentiation of TCM,and should be cautious.
